Quite often I am required to utilize my research skills, to create accurate visualizations of complex scientific processes. To create these images for the Ocean Climate Interactive website, I researched each topic and utilized the knowledge of the scientists and science educators who were creating the content.
These illustrations were designed to showcase the interactions between the Sun, Climate, Earth and Ocean processes related to each topic. Since very little is known about the Deep Ocean, I created the image based on current scientific data about this mostly uncharted region of the ocean.
